After payment, you will also receive two email confirmations from Austrian Wood Design. First, we will confirm receipt of your order.  Then, you will be notified when your order ships. You will also receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment.  

Shipping Information
Cradles are shipped within the USA via UPS from Middlefield, Connecticut. 

Within the USA
Please allow for 1 week for your handmade cradle to be delivered.  

Custom Hand Carving
Personalized crades are hand carved in Austria.  Please allow for 2 to 3 weeks for your cradle to be delivered.
